It is done through a note called Torch Transaction. When you buy the note, it goes away. It is replaced by torches equal to the number at the end of its name.
Ex) Torch Transaction (3) will give you 3 torches
It is now done through a replica of the torch called torch bundle that swaps out when purchased. Similar thing as before the difference is I now know how to use Nifskope.
Ex) Torch Bundle (3) will give you 3 torches.
The reasoning for this mod is you cant buy torches in-game. This is because they have torches under the light category and not in items.
