Probably? You'd want to verify that the npcs don't have any edits in fabulous followers. If they do, these will conflict. If you know what you're doing it's not tricky so if you find they conflict and need a patch let me know
There is another mod that does all four of the mercenary hirelings called "Mercenaries Replacer" but variety is the spice of life. Good to see another rendition. Your Belrand replacer looks really good. Very realistic, not to very waifu. Very nice. Hope you finish all of the hirelings. I'm kind of a horn-dog and like to have only attractive women as followers and so far this fits the bill nicely. Thanks for the upload.
I did see that one but it looks like it's changing a whole lot of stuff and it predates the audio synthesizer tool. Which will have the better dialogue is up for comparison but I really wanted to keep the vanilla feel and not make them drastically different.
Note on your facetints description: facetints are irrelevant to skin textures, the only thing that needs to match the facetint is the skin tint in the NPC record (must be the same color code to avoid color mismatch between body and head). Facetints just apply the color for the face overtop the face texture alongside any makeup/facepaint etc. Neck seam from texture mismatch would be using a face texture and a body texture that do not match, or in some cases an incorrectly colored complexion texture (these are like the wrinkles).
Question on the dialogue from this mod: does it remove/overwrite Belrand's base game dialogue? Could your voice be used to make new FemaleNord voicetype hirlings without messing with Belrand?
I've noticed with some skin replacers that the facetint that gets generated is different between the different replacers. Usually it's not an issue as you say.
I'm actually preparing an update when I release the Marcurio mod that *will* enable you to do exactly that - leave Belrand male and use the FemaleNord voice to make another follower. Some of the hireling and follower quests may need adjustment to fully implement it for a separate follower. The .5 version has it so that it removes the MaleNord as a valid voice type for much of the dialogue and with further thought that seems silly to do. I'm trying to add to the vanilla capabilities, not overwrite them, after all.

Although I changed their hair and flagged it as espFE, it works great, for now.
