Overhauls eight major cities and towns in Skyrim and Solstheim.
Objectives of this series include:
- Beautification
- Enhanced Functionality
- Support for Spirituality and Lore
Merchants have been created where desperately needed. Ruined buildings are restored and occupied.
Whiterun and Solitude each have new, low-overhead entry points on their Eastern sides.
Most of the cites have hidden loot chests with useful items.

The Serious Weathers climate modifier works well in conjunction with Realms of Romance.
Compatibility
If replacing existing mods from this series, it's best to start with a new game, or a clean save.
IF you plan to use more than one city overhaul, patching will likely be necessary.
The ESL flag was not possible, but you still get 8 mods in one.
Natural Prosperity can help make room by including a number of fixes and adjustments in one .esp.
