    Updates and Fixes 
     Follower Edition 1.1 
    -Reworked script on Kitchen Faucet. It should work now.
    -Re-made the planter soils and moved the planter NPCs to a different location and changed their race. This should solve the problems of not being able to plant, the error message when going into the house of "You Can't Plant that here", and the haunted house vibe with all those creepy voices.
    -Replaced candles that had missing textures. 
    -Replaced Floating shelves
    -Fixed balcony door that was causing some to CTD
    -Replaced missing meshes, so they should show up now. This includes the sliding doors on bar. The wine rack container, decor on top of bar, the missing mead barrel and the shelves in the treasury area.
    -Eliminated collision box that was in front of the Elder Scrolls  Display.

     HMA Edition 1.1 
    -I did the same fixes and updates as the follower edition, but also added a little guest house. This is for your follower to have a place if you want. It is small. Enough room for one. After a few suggestions from users, I felt there needed to be a place for at least one follower on this edition. Even if you don't use it for that it still looks nice.
     
    -I had to relocate the sandbox for this reason.  
    I will be adding Optional files that are packed BSAs of the main files and updates together in the next few days.

    I hope you all enjoy the mod! Thanks for your patience and understanding of my errors and giving me an opportunity to share my work with you all.Your responses to this mod have been over whelming!

    Follower Edition
    -Fixed where every knapsack in Tamriel belonged to me! Muwhaha! Seriously though, sorry about that.
    -Adjusted Black Book Cabinet and the markers for the books to hopefully be a bit easier to activate


    HMA Edition
    -Same as above

    I've also added  new Main files for both versions with packed bsa files for those who requested that. You do not  need the updates if you download these.

    Update 2.1

    _Fixed additional navmesh issues
    _Fixed Blackbook Activators and changed out the bookcase so that the activators are more accessible. I hope you guys like the way it looks. 
    _Changed textures on load doors to be sharper and fit better. The difference is 100% better
    _adjusted a couple of lights , and the lighting properties on the ground petals. Hopefully this keeps them from glowing
    _Cleaned it all with SSEedit

    I've notice in some comments people are having problem with this mod. So sad. I myself have not encounter any issues. Could it be other mods such as landscape overhauls, because usually have problems if I place my player homes before any landscape overhaul. I now just put my player homes after it in my load order. I have these mods at the top under unofficial patch. Don't know if that helps you all. I wish you all the best because this really is the best I've seen. I really think everyone will enjoy it as I do. Hope it works out for yas. And thank you for your beautiful art and entertainment. (modder) I would love to do what you do. Well we all have our talents and well I like yours. I do have Ideals. Caspers' Haunted House, Redwood Trees or even Parks with swings etc. Oh how about LOTRs elf village. Well just wishing.       Thanks so much! I hate that some are having issues as well, but imo I think it's load orders , cpu performance, and different causes other than my mod. I feel like I went through this mod a hundred times. Fine tuning and double checking, testing on different computers, etc. I have done everything I know of to get it to perform to the best of my ability. This mod has gotten a lot of downloads. (Thank you!).So far the number of issues some are having , I find to be small in comparison to those numbers overall. So at this point I feel confident that there is other issues that may be going on.  

      And don't worry , I am working on new different Homes and mods, Hopefully a new one will be done by July. Thanks for your support

    Hey there! Just want to say that I am absolutely in love with this house. Everything is just gorgeous, from the entrance and grounds area to the house itself, and I am in awe at the amount of work that must've gone in.
    Just had one suggestion and one problem. First, my suggestion is that the holders for the named items (Rueful Axe, Red Eagle's Bane, etc.) allow for modded weapons/items to be shown. I have Unique Uniques, Zim's Immersive Artifacts, and one or two other mods that change the appearances of these items, and I noticed that they revert to their base vanilla appearance when they are placed in the holders in the armory. So, while I'm not sure how easy or hard it would be to get that to work, I think it would be a great idea to implement.
    Secondly, the problem that I have encountered is that the Arch-Mages robes refuse to be put in their container. I have just completed the Mages Guild quests, and I have the robes with me, but the container said I lacked the required item. Went to UESPWiki and added the item from the item code there. Still no dice. I cannot figure out why it isn't going in. Feel free to tell me that this should go in the bug page, I wasn't sure if it should or whether I'm just mucking something up somewhere. And just for info's sake, I haven't modded the appearance of the robes.

      Great minds....I'm actually in the middle of working on a gothic Victorian home for the "elite" vampire. It will have options for it to not be vampire as well. I am also working on a Hunter's Hall type place , almost done on it , still  on vendors atm. Thanks for the support

    Hello, wonderful mod and all, but got a problem : I can't adopt kids as it says that I don't own a house, even though i bought it :/
    Maybe its just me and the fact that I still don't know that much the game, but if thats so could I have some help ?

      To adopt kids I think to modded homes, you'll need the mod Multi adoptions then cast bless home with that....
      With this mod did you download and install the kids one or which, it may say you dont have a home because you might downloaded the wrong one for adoption kids in ?

      I downloaded the second one, for the kids. And ill try to to do the bless home thing, i didnt knew I had to do that :o

      I was able to get around it by allocating more memory to Skyrim in my enblocal.ini. I don't know if you're running ENB or if your computer can handle the extra load, but that's the one way I've found as of yet.

      I cant, because theres only textures and your meshes and textures in your BSA packed files takes priority over Elsopa Anvil.
      At least release a version with loose files and i will make them compatible myself.
      You should take a look at ElSopa - HD Medieval Anvil SE, its so muuuuch better, it has much detail than 3D blacksmith that you are using.

      There is older loose files on the file page. But honestly not sure how that helps because I think that blacksmith is vanilla , nothing more. Could be wrong though. To be honest I don't remember.

      From what i can see they are 2 updates, one in bsa packed files and one in loose files.
      So you see i can merge only with the last update with the old loose files, how to merge with the two updates?

    What a beautiful home and surroundings. I fell in love immediately. But there are 2 basics I need as for role play in a home. Bathing and sleeping. Of course I have mods that support this. Saw the wonderful bath in the images so *Check!

    I entered the grounds to hot bath outside (Love this) Then on to warm and detailed ambience inside.
    I was greeted with the wonderful stair leading up, the so inviting bed  through the romantic framing... Now it's time to spoon with my love and drift off in our new dreamy home...

    Oh no!.. I couldn't lie down =(
    I just can't sleep standing.... I looked at my spouse Auri (Song of Green) with very sad eyes. "Sorry love".

    I know the bedding is beautiful, but that form over function breaks it for my character. The option to change bedding with an activator would give your wonderful art use to Role players like me.

    I'll keep a hopeful place in my load order and check back from time to time. I would dearly love to have this home!

    Have updated just fine, made a clean save, downloaded update then merged the smaller update to that, just fine, love the new black book shelves, with the little miniatures, love the sort of thing , ..
