UPDATE:
THIS MOD IS NO LONGER BEING WORKED ON. Now that SKSE64 Alpha is out, I highly suggest using Enhanced Character Edit SE
It will allow you to change hair to any hue when creating a new character. Thank you for the support, I realize that there were many issues along the way, but with skse being stable for some mods, this one will be obsolete soon. I am slowly modding again and don't have the time to keep coming back to this one.
12/21/2016: Warpaints & Skins Plus Patch added in the optional downloads. Fixed a Dark Elf and Wood Elf Vampire issue with Imperious and Imperious USSEP Patches.

NEW VERSION ADDED 11/23/2016: Now 55 new shades.
Due to the hair textures not being DESATURATED, Pure silver and white isn't really possible. I tried to add more blue to it to override some
of the brown color, but for most hair, you will still get brown/blondish
look. The only real way to fix this is to desaturate the hair colors dds file.
:/ Sorry guys. I know how to desaturate hair and make new dds files, so
if you know the specific hair you want, I can always make an optional
section and incorporate some hair textures there, but I don't want to
steal from mod authors. :O
Some of the hair comes out silver, depending on the hair style you use!
NOTE:
This will alter any race mods you have. It is only beneficial for VANILLA race mods. I can't seem to find a work around right now. I even tried combining esp files in CK. Maybe once I do more research. But if you just use VANILLA races. This works fine.
So if you are using Imperious or other race mods. Please avoid using this mod for now. Thanks!
Adds 55 new color choices for your (vanilla races) character's hair. I will add more if there are requests. :D Please add your request in the comments and I'll add many more for future versions.
Adds new Shades: Black, Brown, Grey, Blue, Purple, Pink, Green, Blonde, etc.
Download with NMM or open the zip and drag the Data folder into the main Skyrim folder, or add the ESP into the Data folder.
LOAD ORDER: PLACE LOW in Load order. But Place above RS children playable or you will get shiny potato headed churn. (but not below alternative start place it above that)
