LMAO!! Recently I uploaded a patch to fix the broken Business Ledger when you use the mod “Book Covers Skyrim” hahaha! And THIS truly fixes everything in epic ways XD Thank you so much!! <3 (I’ll try tomorrow and endorse... sometimes you know for sure that you are going to like something ^^).
i cannot truly express the joy this brings me lol. i really love it when modders like you improve things that i wouldn't have even thought of!! and you're wanting to add a unique ledger for each instance? true mvp.
Well, it was bugging me when i entered Bannered Mare for the 'n time and the only thing that stood out was this ledger on a fully modded table full of other assets, and for some reason ( lore friendliness i guess ) there are like 2 or 3 retextures flowing on the net.
About the ledger being unique to each business: I want to do it, but failed last time to make it work in CK, that's why a asked someone with a couple more brain cells than me support in this task.
Ill finish the new texture and will try to not screw up things in CK. Will see how it goes.
NO. But i will explain it once more here differently. The nif of the book02lowpoly model that is present in the game uses the same texture as the business ledger. Therefore any changes made to that texture directly within dds or indirectly by editing the nif UV isles of the business ledger model (for which the texture was tailored for) will mess up all the models that reference a link to that original texture.
I had two options: 1) To make this mod use a different path or rename the base dds. ( which i should've done in the first place to begin with)
2) To replace this book02lowpoly.nif default texture so it's not referencing the already changed texture.
