Changes the Visual FX of Soul Trap so that it is easier to see when you successfully cast Soul Trap on an enemy. When successful, another visual effect (SteamFXS) will be added for the duration of the spell so that you can keep track of whether an enemy is still Soul Trapped or not. This is because most other spell effects will also undermine the visibilty of Soul Trap.
