A sort of compatibility patch for Wintersun's Xarxes worshipper perk and Reading is Good.

What is does this do:
This mod changes the worshipper bonus for Xarxes to one that would be more in line with the mechanics of Reading is Good. Instead of the original bonus of gaining 2 skill points when reading a book while praying, being a follower of Xarxes grants a skill learning speed bonus relative to your favor with Xarxes. The bonus is lost if you change deities, but it is still fairly considerable and, depending on how many skill books have been read, it can be a better bonus than Auriel's. The bonus being tied to favor creates an incentive to be a good follower and due to how RIG works, the formula rewards those who read more skill books.
The formula in question is the following:
base learning speed + (1 + (favor with Xarxes * 0.01)) * bonus from RIG.
If the player has the Black Book bonus modified by RIG, the formula becomes:
base learning speed + (2 + (favor with Xarxes * 0.01)) * bonus from RIG.
Compatibility:
There should not be huge issues, but this mod will probably not work with mods that either edit the Reading is Good perk or the Xarxes's magic effect and perk from Wintersun. Besides that, as long as the mod does not change what happens when a skill book is read, there should be no issues.
