About this mod
This mod tweaks the serpent stone from Andromeda by making it not force you out of sneak when out of Magicka, and you also have to be moving while sneaking to lose Magicka. To compromise (nerf) the serpent stone also makes you lose 25% sneak efficiency when sneaking and out of Magicka also Increase Magicka cost from 8/s to 10/s.
