Dear users, as you probably know, Skyrim wouldn't look like it looks today, without the hard work of one person, Boris Vorontsov. Maybe you are dreaming of an enb for Skyrim VR, if so, you can support this man : ENB Patreon
If you want to report a problem, firstly make a screenshot showing this problem, secondly, make a second screen where the ENB GUI will be open, with the statistics section expanded (usually I need information about the time of day and weather) and write what version of the preset it is and where can I see this problem. Otherwise, I just can't help.
I don't know if this is an ENB issue or what, but the rain settings do absolutely nothing to change the appearance. Brightness and transparency I have adjusted and rain is still barely visible.
UPDATE: Yeah, I've tried settings in the middle and both sides of the extreme and the rain stays exactly the same. Either there is a problem with ENBseries or the recent Obsidian version. At this point I'm just playing with ENB rain disabled.
I have the same issue, Rudy ENB needs to be updated or you need to downgrade the ENB version, I hope Rudy updates this ENB it's my favorite but it's really out of date rn.
I just reinstalled this after switching to Community Shaders for a bit and now it looks overly bright and washed out. Anyone know what could be the issue?
Requires ENB Light + Embers XD? ENB Light only has a patch for Embers HD, not XD. I don't know what to do. Also, in Embers XD, there is no option called "Disable red glow", and there is no option called "Reduced yellow glow". The latter of which is called "Reduced fake glow".
From what I have read online, it's from the multiweather feature that comes with ENB. Something about it enabling multiple fog settings and they haven't found a fix for it. One of those "gotta live with it" things since the multiweather ENB feature comes with too many benefits that Rudy utilizes.
Just want to let you know in the second main file,Rudy ENB SE for Obsidian Weathers LUX and ENBSeries 0.469 or newer, folder "!!! Read the Readme, Yes, you guess, that's why this file exists.txt" the link for Bright Waterfall Fix for ENB is wrong, it leads to EMBER XD, the correct link for Bright Waterfall Fix for ENB is suppose to be https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/37956
Install "Bright Waterfall Fix for ENB" - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/37085. Choose "Water for ENB Particle Patch" and "DynDOLOD Bright LOD Waterfall Fix", if you are using DynDOLOD. There is a darker snow texture in ""Water for ENB Particle Patch" called "fxsnowsoftsub.dds". Replace it later with a defult version from my FOMOD. It's no longer needed because there is snow control in ENB.
The first ENB preset I ever installed on SSE, and after 1 year constently changing my presets, I come back to this one. The best ENB that works out of the box, and compatible with ELFX and LUX (I use ELFX for now, and some presets require lux). So thank you for this perfect colourful preset.
I spent hours trying to figure out how to make this work and I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.
I already had SSE Engine Fixes installed so I then downloaded Obsidian Weathers and Seasons, Rudy ENB Obsidian Weathers Addons and required files FOMOD, Enhanced Volumetric Lighting and Shadows, Moons and Stars, Water for ENB, Embers XD, and ENB Helper SE. I added Particle Patch for ENB, ENB Light, and Storm Lightning for SSE and VR (Minty Lightning 2019). I was very careful during the installation process to follow all the recommendations on the mod's description page. I even changed the SkyrimPrefs.ini manually, but couldn't find the Skyrim.ini file. Attempting to use BethINI was of no help, since I wasn't sure what to edit. I followed this tutorial on installing ENBs with Vortex and it worked with other presets.
After all of that now I keep getting an error message from SKSE Plugin Loader that says
"A DLL plugin has failed to load correctly. If a new version of Skyrim was just released, the plugin needs to be updated. Please check the mod's webpage for updates.
EngineFixes.dll: couldn't load plugin (0000007E)
Continuing to load may result in lost save data or other undesired behavior. Exit game? (yes highly suggested)"
At this point I'm too scared to load the game and I'm contemplating uninstalling the game and reinstalling it to reset the ini files and then giving up on ENBs altogether.
Is it the lack of a Skyrim.ini file? Should I be using a different installation method? Does anyone have other ENBs to recommend that are easier to install? I could really use some help.
If you allowed your game to update you made need an updated version of Address Library, Engine fixes requires this. You will want to disable auto updates on Steam for the future if that's the case.
Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini location:
Local Disk (C:) > Users > (your user name) > Documents > My Games > Skyrim Special Edition
Also, having gone the Vortex route when I started modding using Gopher's excellent tutorials as you did, l recommend switching to Mod Organizer 2. I found it easier to manage larger load orders and way easier to find troubleshooting answers since most of the more experienced community members seem to use it.

I know this ENB is FOR Obsidion Weathers, but can it be used WITHOUT that mod? I'm not really a big fan of weather mods, but your ENB is by far the best I can find.

Edit: Nevermind, sorry. It didn't fix it :/
