For anyone having issues, this probably isn't compatible with newer versions of Spellsiphon. I think the FormIDs changed. I'm seeing < Error: Could not be resolved > on the magic effect properties and in quest aliases.
FormIDs have not changed on the Bind variants since they were introduced in 2019 and 2020. There are no resolution errors when i open this in xEdit on top of Spellsiphon 5.27. Not sure what's causing your issues but as far as i can tell, this should still be fully functional on the latest release.
