I must be doing something wrong. I updated to MO2 2.5.0 and Prepare Merge 1.2.3 and I just can't get the plugin to load. On MO2 startup is complains that the PyQt5 module isn't there. I thought I forgot to delete the previous version in full so I just nuked the whole folder and copied the folder containing the new files into the plugins folder. It still thinks it needs the PyQt5 module. Here's my link to my pastebin: https://pastebin.com/b7hvvmyM. Any insight? Let me know if there is any other info I can provide.
The error is about Merge Plugins Hide (folder: plugins/deorder_plugins) not Prepare Merge (folder: plugins/merge-plugins).The folder names of those two can be confusing. My guess would be that you do not have the latest version of Merge Plugins Hide.
MO2 version 2.5 now forces dependent plugins to load after their master when running Prepare Merge, resulting in the plugins not always sorting correctly.
To explain further, the plugins needing to be merged are not grouped together at the bottom of the list after running this mod.
On main mod's pages (both, MO2 and Wrye Bash, srsly...) comments are locked. So, I wonna try to ask about it here:
Why after creating Wrye Bash.esp module in Mod Organizer - he (Wrye Bash) inclusive unsupported plugins?
For example: 1) I running MO2 2) I running Wrye Bash from MO2 3) In running Wrye Bash I click on "Make a patch..." 4) After he complete the making - I click "OK" 5) After this step - my Wrye Bash.esp have red color and mods inside, which I didnt play (for example, I didnt have Vigilant and CACO, but he inclusive them as requaried plugins for his working)
Omg.. wtf? Why he inclusive non-installed plugins?! And how I can create normal Wrye Bash.esp with my load order in alter way? Did somebody know?
What I'm reading from this, you may have some plugins which require a missing mod, and those requirements are also forwarded to the BashedPatch .esp. Do you have any plugins which have missing masters? In MO2's plugin window, near the top, click "Flags", this will display all plugins sorted by their flags. If any plugin has a red sign with a ( ! ), it means it has missing masters. If you hover over this plugin, it will show what mods are missing. To fix the Bashed Patch, you will need to remove those plugins and rebuild the patch.
Oh, not fast work.. Yes, I think samely, cos after some mods opened in WB - some of them started have lost masters. (for example: Spell Research - Two Fires.esp going under Apocalypse.esp requires... Lol, how?! It didnt merge with each other before. With no one of ways. Magic...)
On the MO2 Discord, they have the 2.5.0 Alpha builds available to download for testing. MO2 2.5 have updated dependencies and this plugin no longer works. Can you update your plugin for the MO2 2.5.0 builds please?
Hello, this might be a noob question but I have a problem with the hide plug-ins function. I have deleted a merge hide profile before unhiding plug-ins and now it seems they can't be found...

If there are any other bugs, please report them.
Did something else break with a more recent alpha version? If yes, please provide some error logs / a description what exactly breaks, etc.

I look on it later.
EDIT: Thanks for the update, I appreciate it.
