On its face the mod works as intended, but anybody who intends to try it should know that it gets a little janky if you also have a horse. Notably, any follower who is asked to wait for you in a town will take your horse the moment they start moving towards the target location. It gets more confusing, as they will dismount the horse to attack any aggressors along the way (such as wolves), at which point the horse may return to you. Of course, the moment the hostiles are defeated, the follower will usually teleport to your horse so they may "borrow" it again. NorthHare does not appear to be active on Nexus anymore, so knowing whether or not this is intended behaviour or getting any support for this is unlikely. It's not game breaking by any means, but can be frustrating, and users should be aware of this... quirk.
Will this mod affect Inigo and other custom followers, and if so, will it not potentially bug them out? Love the concept, but don't want to have to memorize a list of followers that I can't ever use this command on by mistake.
Just want to say thank you for this mod. It's nice to just be able to meet my follower later on, and pick up where we left off. I use NFF as well, and needed to disable the teleport, but this mod is perfect for what I was looking for.
Ran into an issue with Atvir follower companion mod where the ONLY option when greeting him is this mod. Any ideas from this end what might cause that?
Uninstalling any mod mid-playthrough that is not a pure texture mod is "unsafe" for your continued save game and can potentially lead to save corruption down the road. To safely continue your playthrough you would need to go back to a save prior to having the removed mod installed.
For anyone using Nether's Follower Framework: I found I had to turn off the "catch-up teleport" setting for this mod to work (personally, I'd say it's worth it since NFF offers a "summon all" spell anyway). With the setting turned on, I kept having my follower teleport next to me and then continue running in the direction of the place I told them to wait at.
