This mod adds Levelled Rings and Necklaces of Enchanting, they can be disenchanted and added to various items similar to Fortify Smithing.
As requested i have added an alternative version where you can't disenchant the rings or necklaces.

I Originally made this for myself and thought others might likes this as most mods are made this way.

I have not fully tested the Item spawning in loot chests, a bashed patch might be needed.

5 Void Salt, 5 Frost Salt, 5 Fire Salt, 2 Gold Ingots, 2 Human Flesh, 1 Blacksoul Gem(Filled) 1 Grandsoul Gem(Filled), 1 Human Heart, 1 Daedra Heart.
