Bison are large species of Bovine and one of the largest terrestrial animals living in Skyrim along with mammoths. They are broad and muscular with a large hump and shaggy coats of long hair. Bison are nomadic grazers and travel in herds, herd sizes on average range from 8-12 Bison, larger species will often travel in smaller herds. Bison will usual keep to themselves unless they feel threatened such as a predator walks near their herd, when this happens the entire herd will attack the enemy in order to protect the calf's.

There are 5 variants of Bison;

Bison latifrons - The Largest of the Bison Species and live out in the tundra plains, they live in smaller herds.

Steppe Bison - Another Large Bison Species that lives out in the tundra plains.

Steppe Wisent - A large subspecies of Steppe Bison That is adapted to living in snowy forests and some frozen wastelands.

Plains Bison - The most common species of Bison, they live out in the tundra plains and Eastmarch.

Wisent - Another common species of Bison, They're lighter than the Plains Bison, but taller. They live in woodland areas not covered in snow such as the rift and Falkreath hold.

They use a custom skeleton, and they have custom loot and sounds. No levelled lists, these were all hand placed so It should be compatible with any creatures that uses levelled lists.
