I do not work on this mod anymore. Sorry for letting your hopes down and leaving it in abandoned state for quite a long time. Maybe one day I will redo it with mcm options and stuff, but untill then - it stays as it broken and abandoned.
random npc like chickens can resist the lightning when it works it barely does any damage even the no push version pushes all of them seem to do the same amount of damage

It's so easy to edit this and make the spell perfect with Proteus and LazyEdit. And what's with the push effect bug being reported. I'm not getting that. They're all different. I'm using AE 1.6.353 to boot.
Can you make a version that makes it not so loud? I always have to turn down the volume when I'm in first person or even third person with the camera too close to my character cause if I don't I give everyone in my house a heart attack
