***Update: Now with optional Sofia-Default Body Addon! This will make Sofia use your own body (yes, CBBE included) and your own textures. Thanks Smaffs!*** :D
***UPDATE (11/7/2021)***: Will be uploading a brand new stand-alone version of Sofia Remastered; now on version 2.0! It will feature BHUNP or CBBE 3BA options and will be completely stand-alone! The only requirement being the original Sofia mod of course.
***UPDATE (02/12/2022)***: I'll be uploading separate CBBE and BHUNP clothed options in a few days.
My Sofia looked great until I made my smashed patch... then I had the same problem. Excluded her from the patch (all her appearance mods) and she looks fantastic again. Thank you for the mod! Default body patch is working perfectly as well.
I used to have this problem as well, After realizing that I had also installed Sofia's replacer from the other mod. I did delete the other file, which fixed the issue.
This mod need to be completely redone for SE and not patched to hell by small crappy, sometimes a pain to find items, like proper faces etc. The add-on song and some other tings still not working..So I have to delete it and move onto better things
I use a custom body preset in BodySlide to build CBBE/3BA outfits. I have noticed that my preferred outfit's panties don't really fit Sofia after building it with my custom body preset.
Is this because Sofia has a different body? Is there a specific body preset I should use to build outfits for her? (I use the CBBE 3BA version of this wonderful mod here)
Why does her body became like this? What did I miss? I'm using the BHUNP version, I tried to install the Body Addon, tried both BSA and Loose file version of OG Sofia, but it's the same. And if I use Sofia Storm-Song SE main file version, the body is fixed, but the head went static + the hair become purple instead.
Why are you recommending that we download the Sofia High Poly Heads Replacer mod for this one when it already requires High Poly Head (only) ?? This is very confusing. Respons fast please
Oh okay. Thanks for responding. By the way, why does she sleep naked?? She mentioned having betting competition and getting drunk.. So does that mean she was sexually assaulted after passing out??
For anyone that didn't think to paste this link into the wayback machine here's a copypaste:
"I was plagued by the dreaded NPC gray/black face bug with Lydia and Aela, but I found out that the save game script cleaner can remove their references from the game and force the game to reload their facial information. So now whenever I give my ladies a makeover, I remove them from my game and have yet to see that ugly bug rear its head again.
If you're also having this issue and exporting the NPC facegen data doesn't work, do the following:
Tell the NPC to leave your service if they're following.
Find the NPC's base ID*. Not their RefID, the base ID. Do a search on the NPC's name on the wiki and it should pull up the relevant page. Lydia's base ID is 000A2C8E and her RefID is 000A2C94.
Load the script cleaner and select your saved game. I wouldn't use an auto or quicksave, but a hard save. In the lower right, look for the box that says "Ref ID" underneath "Forms"
Enter the NPC's ID and press <enter>.
After the ID loads, press Delete.
Save and make a backup (should be automatic).
Load up your save, and voilà! No more dark face.
You can do this for any NPC who's facegen data you've exported but isn't showing up properly. I hope someone else finds this as useful as we have.
*It may work with the Ref ID, but we've always used the base."
And fyi, didn't work for me, for whatever the only Sofia replacer that seems to play nice is Re-Imagined... to the point where she's still using it even when I disable it. If I try any high poly stuff with specifically Sofia, she gets a messed up face.
Does anybody else CTD the moment you enter the same cell with her? Spawning her in with the console also immediately crashes the game, I had her before with other replacers and they were fine so I know its not the original mod doing it I just can't figure out why it's happening. I can't even get close enough to see her lol

used resaver instead of the old game save editor for skyrim LE. hope it helps.
back up your save before proceeding
