I've been trying to convert Mr. Silkas Jurad City tileset from Oblivion. It's a bit confusing. I've got NifScope, Blender, etc. Been looking for a tutorial but most of them seem to be for armors / rigging armor meshes to skeletons, I just need the architecture for a High Rock mini-mod. Know any good tutorials?
Note: There is no permission by Mr. Siika to convert Jurad City Tileset, it may only be used in Oblivion mods.
