This will make the keepers from the soul cairn powerful but in exchange, you can now loot their weapons and armor at any level.

This will make the keepers from the soul cairn powerful but in exchange, you can now loot their weapons and armor at any level.
By default, the keeper is leveled to you starting from 10 to 80.. now they will start at level 40 and will stop until level 80 (unchanged cap).
Before you can only loot their weapon when you reach level 45 but its not 100% but now you can loot it at any level as a reward for the new challenging keeper.
As a bonus...you can also loot their armor which is not possible in vanilla!
