I'm actually having a similar problem not using that mod. Lots of floating grass and rocks around the house. It's a beautiful home but I think I'll have to take a pass on this for now.
Either it's very well hidden or I'm dumb as a brick, but... where's the key? None of the photos, nor the description, hint at the location and I don't want to cheat it in unless that's my only option.
Edit: Pls ignore, for I am, in fact, dumb as a brick. The key was added by the curator of the modlist I'm using and I didn't read their instructions well enough to realise this.

Simple question: is the garden set to grow back or does it count as wild plants? IE will the plants grow back every few days or is set to be the whole reset after 10 days? Thank you!

Hi! I have that problem walking with companions. In solitude everything works well. edit: Everything works fine, when I tell companion to stay or rest. Problem seems appear when companion is following PC.
You are perfectly right. With a follower waiting me outside the house, the balcony area is fine, but with a follower " following " me i cannot reach it. Im using 1.1
