All files are flagged as ESL, so they won't take a plugin slot.
Details
Less Racist Windhelm
Being barred from entering Windhelm if you play as a Khajiit or Argonian may not fit every playthrough. This file changes the guard's dialogue to simply give you a generic warning before letting you in.
No College NPCs
This file removes the watchman, groundskeeper and two students added to the College of Winterhold. It is intended for compatibility with mods such as Immersive College NPCs that add their own version of these NPCs.
No Winterhold Ghosts
This file removes the ghosts added in Winterhold, as they may feel out of place.
Install & Uninstall
Install as usual. Use a mod manager of your choice, or simply drop the files in your data folder. Uninstall likewise.
Installing or uninstalling mid-game has not been tested and may not be safe.
