About this mod
Patches Lakeview Manor - As it Should Be to make the smelter in its cellar to be compatible with Ars Metallica. This, in turn results in the player gaining XP when smelting ores.

The smelter in the cellar added by Lakeview. Manor - As It Should Be (LKVM) uses a different model with an interaction option to perform smelting.
If you have Ars Metallica installed, you will notice that you do not gain smithing XP when using this smelter.
Many comments in the LKVM mod page mention about this incompatibility but no patch appears to be available. I, therefore, decided to try making a compatibility patch between the two using SSEEdit. It was a surprisingly straightforward patch which easily started working.
I decided to upload the same, so it can be helpful to others as well.
Use any Mod Manager. I use MO2.
Place after Ars Metallica.esp and LKVM Cellar and Exterior.esp
Using your Mod Manager or manually delete LKVM_Cellar_Ars_Metallica.esp from \Skyrim\Data folder and create a clean save thereafter.
The patch is an ESL-flagged ESP.

Installation
Use any Mod Manager. I use MO2.
Load Order
Place after Ars Metallica.esp and LKVM Cellar and Exterior.esp
Uninstallation
Using your Mod Manager or manually delete LKVM_Cellar_Ars_Metallica.esp from \Skyrim\Data folder and create a clean save thereafter.
