A small mod that adds a condition to beggar dialogue, preventing them from asking you for more money when you just gave them some. ESL flagged.

Overview
The other day, I was walking around Windhelm and took pity on poor old Silda, giving her a nice, shiny coin out of the goodness of my heart ... only for her to continue to solicit money from me as soon as I finished talking!
Beggars don't insult the people that just helped them (unless you're Degaine in Markarth), so this small mod adds a condition to the dialogue of the beggars in the game that prevents them from pestering you for money right after you forked over your hard-earned Septims.
Dialogue having to do with asking for money/coins/Septims, etc. requires that the player does NOT have the "Gift of Charity" effect active. Degaine's dialogue does not have this condition, because he's a manipulative drunk even in the base game and would try to accost you for more money anyway.
As of 1.1.0, the random dialogue of beggars has more consistent emotions and emotion values given what they are saying and their tone of voice.
The plugin is an ESP flagged as an ESL, so it won't take up a spot in your load order.
Requirements:
Installation:
Download the file and install with a mod manager (Mod Organizer 2 or Vortex). Load after USSEP.
If Relationship Dialogue Overhaul is in your load order, choose the RDO compatible version and load it after RDO.
Only use one file!
Compatibility:
Changes from USSEP are carried over.
Other mods that also alter the dialogue of the beggars will either overwrite, or be overwritten by this mod.
Relationship Dialogue Overhaul is compatible when using the RDO version. Load Grateful Beggars - RDO Version after RDO.
The RDO version of Grateful Beggars can be patched for Relationship Dialogue Overhaul - Update and MCM, but it's not going to break anything if you don't. Grateful beggars will just overwrite a condition added by RDO Update on Silda's dialogue.
