    If anyone wants to upload their file here, send me a message.
    I'm not going to mediate people's patches, I just want a central location where everyone can grab any files and maybe drop some good info.
    If you're willing to put you name to the file then I am cool with it, just play nice with other authors.
    The file will have to assimilate to the perms, which are basically open, except for very specific cases.

    Files should never be removed from this page, only retired.
    If a file should be removed for whatever reason: append the details to the description, append a warning to the name, and/or move the file to a different section, but don't delete them.

    I do have a semi automated patcher for xEdit, it's pretty basic and fairly accurate, but it only handles objects.
    If the future I'd like to drop the requirement of OCS and automagically generate open cities from the game files.
    It's definitely possible, albeit, very tricky. This would also allow perfect and repeatable results. There would also be a potential of doing special things to fully support uninstalling.
    There is absolutely no time frame on something on this, it hasn't even left conceptual stage.

    Looks like Open Cities mod got deleted off Nexus.

      It is hosted on Afk Mods now: https://www.afkmods.com/index.php?/files/file/1905-open-cities-skyrim/, but yes, the mod dependencies should be updated.

    Dawn of Skyrim Director's Cut OCS Patch

    Windhelm Marketplace behind the nasty Dungmer Lady: ArcheryTargetSnow (Base 0008A874) (Ref A2000824) placed right on top of Enchanter, Enchanter last changed by OCS.

    Your script is not able to detect base game objects that are touched by both the mod and Open Cities. Therefore, a couple of records are missing from the AI Overhaul patches. I added them to an older version of the patch, but since I haven't done it to the most recent patch, I will not share my version with you. Instead, I'm giving you the records. I think these are all of them: 0002BE2A, 0006B33D, 000E825E, 03003F5B, 000F7953, 000D7504, 000E1BA7, 00063F11, 0008944C, 00089D97, 00089D98, 0008CC8E, 0008CC90, 0008CC91, 0009C9DD, 0009C9ED, 000CB3AF, 0009C9EE, 000B4C69.

    Moreover, a couple of packages have references to objects that were initially not marked as persistent in the base game, but are made into persistent objects through AI Overhaul. Thus, the references in these packages need to be updated to the Open Cities version. Denoting the file order of AI Overhaul as xx and the one of Open Cities as yy, the following changes need to be made:


    • In 0002C3B7, change HeimskrShrinePreachMarker to HeimskrShrinePreachMarkerOCS.
    • In xx123D66, change reference 000D4FD5 to yy001C68.
    • In xx20CE3C and xx20CE3E, change reference 0010CEDC to yy004ACC.
    • The package xx1056A7 has a reference to the Markarth worldspace; thus it will not work properly in Open Cities version. My solution was to change this to the Markarth location (use GetInCurrentLoc for that).

    Finally, Aela the Huntress (0001A697) has a linked reference to the object reference 00089F6F, which needs to be changed to yy004AF0.

      You may want to look into other companion training packages as well:

      In xx20CE3D and xx211F3B, change reference 0010CEDB to yy004ACA.
      In xx211F3D change reference 0010CEDD to yy004ACB.

    I can confirm that at least the dawn of skyrim patch is compatible with 1.5 for anyone else like me wondering, finding open cities for 1.5 isn't that hard but it could've been easier (thanks arthmoor)

    How to patch Open cities? I know basic xEdit shib but have no idea how to patch open cities with another mod

    Can somebody patch Anna's NPCs? The issue is the outdoor song performance at the bard's college. It takes place outside in the closed Solitude world.

    the improved puddles patch has HITME errors, fixable resaving in CK or xEdit.
