   Hi there!
   Awesome house mod, i've tried it once and then it was in all my LO. I'd like to port a french translation of it over Xbox and to use Proco's buyable home patch hub with it, would you agreed?

      Go right ahead :) You may need to ask Proco for permissions too but I'm sure they'll be okay with it

   feel like for a house in riften, the player frogging in bolli's attic without his knowledge would be far more on-brand than renting out his attic

   Really great, goes especially well with Maleficus' traversal since it adds a ladder right next to the door.

   RIFTEN GARRET SE
   Riften Top Floor Hideout
   
   DEADLY SHADOWS IN RIFTEN is compatible too but it put some items in front of the door.  (can be changed in game easily by using JAXONZ POSITIONER to change or remove the boxes.)

   I always liked Player homes like this. I hated how most player home mods gave you giant mansions.
