This patch changes Mihail's Ancient Skeletons to be leveled NPCs.

Mihail's Ancient Skeletons are extremely well-crafted and scary foes (especially if you give them the Daggerfall voices (LE mod, but works perfectly in SE)). I highly recommend adding them to your game.

Unfortunately, they are a bit off-balance. While they appear quite weak (levels 8-20) their stats are high to begin with (some stats are at level 30 or 40) and then auto-calculated up to level 8 or even 20. Additionally, you will find them in groups of 5-8. So even if you are level 20 yourself, chances are you will die on the spot. At the same time, once your level is above 50 or even 100, they are no match at all anymore.

This patch changes them to be leveled characters. Because of their numbers and their stats (I made no changes to any of their stats) they will be challenging at lower levels, but together with a follower you might just make it. And because they level with the player, they will still be tricky late in the game.

These are the changes to the 6 different skeletons (original -> new):

#1 Level   8 -> Level 1-50 (leveling even with the player)
#2 Level 10 -> Level 1-50 (leveling even with the player)
#3 Level 13 -> Level 1-50 (leveling even with the player)
#4 Level 15 -> Level 5-100 (leveling 1.2 times in comparison to the player)
#5 Level 17 -> Level 5-100 (leveling 1.2 times in comparison to the player)
#6 Level 20 -> Level 10-150 (leveling 1.5 times in comparison to the player)
