This mod still works on OStim SA it just needs to lose it's dependency on OSA. I tested this out myself and it was flawless. The "Updates and FIxes" mod works without this patch but that version was always worse and buggier. So I prefer to keep the base FM version.
If an update for this, removing the dependency on OSA it'd work just fine for OStim SA.
Were you playing as a chick, banging a male NPC, or vice versa? Right now, it only works for me if I'm playing as a female being inseminated, not the other way around.
The fertility mode MCM menu says I don't have OStim support installed; tried placing this mod both before and after OStim and still doesn't say I have it

Also did you put the ESP before or after OStim?
