what tutorial did you use to make Liam? I'm trying to make a follower out of a COTR preset, a standalone follower, do I need a tutorial specific for this or is any follower tutorial good for this?
Hey Ljty76810a first of all love your followers and especially your Lucien replacer had him as lucien in my game for ages, so thank you very much. I was wondering if you could make a combo replacer for Vilkas and Farkas, Liam here as Vilkas and Gladiolus Amicitia as Farkas, they fit so perfectly with the voices and personalities especially with mods expanding their lines to hundreds of lines like kaidan frat pack and companion dialogue bundle. please please make it happen.
have a problem after marriage, so as soon as we are married he does not ask where we want to live but you can skip that, but as soon as I tell him in which house we move into he does not appear there but stays in river forest, otherwise I am satisfied
I can only see him naked for less than a second and he will reequip with his armor. And when he is naked, though there is SOS,he also wears underwear for no reason.
So I managed to duplicate his looks on Kaidan (sorry, Liam) and just wow. Superb job as usual, ljty76810a! I've uploaded a couple of pics together with your Lucien. Impressive job, I'm loving it, thanks so much!
It's from the Kaidan mod. So I opened both mods in TES5Edit, compared Liam and Kaidan side by side, then I moved over the face stuff of Liam to Kaidan's entry, but didn't remove Kaidan's tattoo. It's a face part I believe, not a tint.
Then I replaced the facegen of Kaidan with a copy of your Liam's facegen.
Couldn't get his esp to work so I used the NPC Visual Transfer like Ijty recommended and it worked! My Liam now has Kaiden's Aussie voice and skars. Gorgeous.
Here is how you do the copy if you are using vortex but you would first need to install SSEEdit and read those instructions to understand how to use the autoclean feature. Looks way harder than it actually is once you do it step by step. Good luck!

I’ve had a lot of confusion trying to set this up… Sometimes it worked, sometimes not with followers, and sometimes it just reopens the window when I click transfer without generating the VNPC_Data folder. In the end however I managed to figure things out and it works 100% of the time now so here is my process step by step:
1. Extract all files in SSEedit\Edit Scripts ?a. FOR Skyrim VR users – see “Squintdawg”post in the pinned posts above how to run SSEedit for VR and replace the ?NPCVisualTransfer.pas with the one provided by him. ?b. Note that I’ve achieved all this in Skyrim VR, but it should be the same for SSE after this step.
2. Run SSEedit and click OK. 3. After that right click at any plugin and select Apply Script. 4. Select NPCVisualTransfer and OK. 5. When it asks if you use mod organizer, select (Yes). 6. For Both questions for folder location select Vortexmods\skyrimvr (or wherever you have your Vortex mod staging folder) 7. For the .esp file name type whatever you like, but I personally stick with NPCVisualTransfer for consistency 8. Close all of SSEedit and it should inform you that the esp is now created and click OK. 9. Go to Vortex Plugins and find the esp, enable it and change its priority group to High Priority and then click “Sort Now”. It should ?be above any other NPC adjusting mod. 10. Run SSEedit and then right click and SELECT NONE before clicking OK!! Select only the follower mods you want to use for NPC replacing AND the NPCVisualTransfer.esp created in point 7. then click ok. Took me a while to figure this one out... 11. Choose the required NPC source and transfer target and close all after finished. 12. VNPC_Data should be generated at the Vortex mods folder, but restart Vortex for it to show up and then enable it, overwriting any other mod if asked.
May I ask when you use Visual Transfer to duplicate Liam looks on Kaidan, does his feet texture have any problems?I try once, but looks his feet texture was lost.I still want a perfect duplicate but don't know how.sorry my english is bad.

Edit: I tried but failed. Could it be Liam is made with COTR but Kaidan isn't?
