Thalmor robes wil have new enchantments based on level.
For level
1 to 9 - Destruction Spells cost 12% less to cast. Magicka regenerate 50% faster.
10 to 19 - Destruction Spells cost 15% less to cast. Magicka regenerate 75% faster.
20 to 29 - Destruction Spells cost 17% less to cast. Magicka regenerate 100% faster.
30 to 44 - Destruction Spells cost 20% less to cast. Magicka regenerate 125% faster.
above 44 - Destruction Spells cost 22% less to cast. Magicka regenerate 150% faster.
You can buy the robes from Enthir at the College of Winterhold, the enchantment will be related to the player level.]
The separated hood version makes the hood a separated piece from the robes (you don't need to intall the normal version in addition to that, this version do the same as the normal plus the separated hood).
