A compatibility patch for the following two mods:
Retimed Hit Frames: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/26876
Combat Gameplay Overhaul SE: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/33767
Installing both mods caused the one handed swing's hit timing to break.
Simply extract the file into your data folder and allow it to override all

Alternatively open your ...\Data\Nemesis_Engine\mod\dscgo\1hm_behavior directory and transfer the 5 files from mod inside.
