Of course, both Manbeast and JS Rings modify the Frostmoon rings; depending on load order, you'd get the changes from one mod but not the other without a patch. The patch makes it so that changes from both mods are applied to the rings.
Should be fairly easy, since the patch doesn't technically require ETAC as a master, it's just that the buckets would be floating over nothing in the unaffected cities. I'll see about it soon.

I have just tried the WizkiD Signs - COTN Winterhold patch and getting a missing masters error as it's looking for 'WizkiD Signs - BimasOddments Addon.esp' which I cannot find anywhere. Help?
Which version of WiZkiD Signs are you using? If you're using the Lanterns of Skyrim II version, I think the LoSII patch in Janquel's Patch Collection already takes care of the sign.
