Reduces the weights of weapons to a more realistic level as opposed to the insane weights in the default game, although its still not quite realistic. 

Swords           3
Knifes            1
Warhammers  8
Bows              3
Maces             4
Greatswords    5
Staffs             3

Weights are generally within the above ranges.  No weapons are above or should be above a value of 10.  Also includes the pick axe which is reduced to 5.
