Something that bugs me about the default Interface is the way the name placement changes when you enter Dialogue so I created this preset. I've also removed some things I consider unimmersive and unnecessary such as the item pickup info and sneak eye. It's also using the dot crosshair.
Use iHUD by Gopher to hide your stat bars as needed.
