Patches OCS and Capital Whiterun Expansion

Patches Open Cities and Capital Whiterun Expansion. This mod is designed to work with the full version, I'm not sure if it will work with no exterior - if you try it let me know please! This mod will cause frame drops for most people, but hopefully less so in version 2.0 than in previous versions. Please disable all other mods and adjust your load order to the recommended before reporting a bug, and identify which mod is causing an incompatibility issue before reporting one. Please use the bugs section to report bugs or incompatibilities. I'm watching SR exterior cities, but this mod is not likely to move there since one would essentially need to recreate it from scratch and there already exists an SR Exterior patch for Capital Whiterun (but this patch is better, and likely even has fewer bugs than the original Capital Whiterun Expansion).

DynDOLOD:
You need to regenerate LOD using DynDOLOD to make it show up properly in game. It is also recommended that you get the LOD resources found here: More Capital Whiterun Expansion patches.

Updating:
Updating from any version priot to 1.6 to 1.6 is safe. Version 2.0 requires a new game.

IF REPORTING A CRASH:
Follow the same procedure as a normal bug, but please include a copy of your crash report in a spoiler tag, a screenshot of what you were doing the moment before the crash, and a description of what you did to trigger the crash.

Load Order:

Compatibility:
Several patches are provided at Open Capital Whiterun patches, including patches for Cutting Room Floor, AI Overhaul, and grass mods.

A couple of lessons learned from this that can be useful if you want to create your own patches for Open Capital Whiterun or Open Capital Windhelm (or another city overhaul):
Use Hishy's script at first. However, it does not work on xEdit 4.1.5k or later, but Jonado has provided a fixed script here: Hishy's Open Cities converter script improved and updated
The game can crash when multiple occlusion planes are on top of each other and also if there are too many occlusion boxes overall in a small area. It might be worth using the xedit script in misc files to purge all occlusion planes from the output of Hishy's script and then re-add them manually.
Hishy's script does not handle doors properly, it duplicates actors, and fails to forward changes to persistent references from Skyrim.esm that are moved to the Tamriel worldspace by Open Cities. Jonado's version fixes these issues.
Navmeshes need to be resolved manually. Some AI packages may need to be updated manually too.
If you save your patch in the Creation Kit with OCS loaded after capital expansion it will change the order of masters. This gives people the option of esmifying capital expansion.
If you want to create patches for Open Capital Whiterun, a two-step process is necessary: First run the script normally. Then replace cOcsFileName with 'Open Capital Whiterun.esp' (only works if first removing the ESL flag), run it a second time and merge the changes.
