The three shields Require the Ebony Smithing perk or equivalent. Once you have that perk enabled you will be able to see the materials needed to be crafted in any forge. They are heavy shields, almost like Dragonplate and better than Ebony, It's up to you to research! They're temperable ESL FLAGGED VERSIONS AVAILABLE
