ABOUT
Vimar Ice-Blood is a noble vampire and skilled swordsman. He comes equipped with royal vampire armor and an ebony sword, and uses the skin and body you have installed. This means that his appearance will vary greatly depending on the skin you use. In my screenshots I use Dizona.
Vimar is both essential and marriable, and you can find him lurking in the Riften Hall of the Dead.

COMPATIBILITY
This mod should be compatible with everything, including vampire related mods. It's also perfectly fine to merge to save a plugin slot.

INSTALLATION & REQUIREMENTS
The mod comes in a FOMOD installer so I highly recommend installing this with a mod manager of your choice - manual installation is not recommended unless you know what you're doing. This mod requires Dawnguard DLC.
Not required but highly recommended: Relationship Dialogue Overhaul and a follower framework mod to get the most out of your followers.

Q: Is this compatible with (insert mod here)?
A: Very likely. 

Q: Can you add/change/remove something?
A: I don't have plans to change anything unless there is an actual problem with my mod. Unless you're the person who requested this mod I won't make any changes for you. Does it sound rude? Maybe, but I can't (and frankly, don't want to) cater to everyone's personal tastes on every single mod I make. If you don't like what's offered, learn how to change it! Most of the time it's not nearly as difficult as it seems.
