You sir, are a legend. This seems to have solved my issues with mashing together all the physics for basically all the cloak mods. I had reached a point where all physics was working however all the associated Kryptopher's patches completely removed the warmth values however just installed this and everything seems to be in order after testing. Thank you once again.
I thought it was to fix the error in loot between 1nivWICClocks_COS_CCOR_Patch and 1nivWICSkyCloaksPatch, but it was not. So for those unfamiliar with modding that is:
Kryptopher's patch collection and the Winter is Coming + Cloaks of Skyrim Patch.
Downloaded it to see what would happen, nothing. So for anyone wondering I leave the error there and assume LOOT is wrong.
