Spell tome is not added anywhere into the world because a) I don't really know what I'm doing, and b) I couldn't think of a good place to put it that wouldn't conflict with overhauls of some sort. Add the spell tome with AddItemMenu or add the spell directly with console commands.

A: It's pretty much the exact same. Doesn't have a cooldown though so I guess it could be better if you're playing a mage character.

A: Somewhat. It's got a pretty high magicka cost (base of 500).

A: I might if there's demand for it and I figure out wtf I'm doing, but this is a tiny mod and I doubt anyone will really care. Console commands aren't hard though bro.

A: I wanted this spell, I made this spell, I figured someone else might want it and not want to f*** around with the creation kit. It's really that simple.
