Mod authors are permitted to make patches for their mods and add them to their mod's page without my permission. These patches can, of course, included modified assets from the original mod. Please post here/PM me if you have made a patch for your mod so I can update my documentation. Patches should use UltimateCollege.esp as a master if they include a plugin.
If you are a third party and would like to make a patch for UCOW and another mod, please reach out to me first. If I don't respond within two weeks then go ahead and upload your patch. I have this rule about third-party patches because I am making every attempt to make installation and compatibility as easy as possible for all users, and too many patch pages can be confusing.
Expansions
Please reach out to me if you are interested in making an "expansion" to UCOW - a mod that requires this one to work, but doesn't actually resolve compatibility issues with another mod or add features from another mod to UCOW. I will always say yes, but sometimes I will like an idea enough that I will ask if I can incorporate it into the main mod.
Asset Use/Other User's Assets
This mod contains modified assets from vanilla Skyrim and Immersive College of Winterhold. If you would like to use an asset, I would direct you to ICoW's page, as GrantyBoy permits asset use. The assets included in this mod are complicated with permission since it's really a patch, and they exist solely to make the two mods work together. Please reach out to me if you'd like to use an asset included in this mod in a separate mod if you'd like to make sure your following permissions properly - I like my stuff to be as "Cathedral" as it can be, but it gets tricky with mods like UCOW.
Assets from this mod can not be used in mods/files that are being sold, for money, on Steam Workshop or other platforms.
Upload Permission
You may not reupload this mod to any other site, including but not limited to Bethesda.net.
Translations are permitted to be uploaded to Nexus Mods, but can only contain the plugin file and scripts that require translation of strings - the translation should still require this file to be downloaded for meshes, textures etc. Please contact me via Nexus PM for exceptions to this rule, which I am willing to make on a case-by-case basis.
Converting UCOW to Work for Other Games
You may not convert any assets or the mod itself to work with another game, including Skyrim Legendary Edition.

After what turned out to be an insanely frustrating development period, I am proud to present a compatibility patch for Immersive College of Winterhold and Obscure's College of Winterhold I have dubbed "Ultimate College of Winterhold." I do plan on adding some other things, either in the main plugin or separately, in the future.
I have designed this patch by choosing one of the two overhauls as a "base" for each room in the College, then added certain features from the other mod to that room. The only exception to this is the college courtyard, which uses a combination of both as a base. All new rooms added by each mod remain mostly unchanged (Lustratorium, Hall of Acumen, etc.).
