A simple mod to replace some of the wind audio files with muted ones for a more serene experience in some areas.

Sitting in the middle of the woods at camp trying to listen to nature and your followers adventure stories, and all you can hear is constant white noise and wind gusts. I found the these constant wind loops and gusts to be annoying in certain areas where it didn't seem to make sense, and to me it is especially annoying in VR.
This will replace some of the wind audio files with muted ones. Wind noise will still exist in places where I thought it made sense(mountains, coasts, snowy areas, etc).
This will also mute the banner/flag flapping sounds which I've actually never heard until muting the wind. The sounds are terribly unrealistic given that the flags are thin and relatively small.
Installation: You'll want this to overwrite any audio mods that you have installed.
