Summon Practice Wisp

This mod adds a spellbook in front of the Riverwood Trader that teaches the spell, Summon Practice Wisp. This is a low-cost Novice spell that summons a wisp that has a very high amount of health, deals very little damage and cannot move from where you summoned it. To begin training, hit it 2-3 times with a weapon or spell and it will go into combat mode. You'll know it's ready when you get the red dot on your compass and it will turn towards you.
From this point, you can bombard it with Destruction spells to gain experience in that skill, hit it with your melee weapons to gain experience with 1- or 2-handed skils, sneak behind cover to gain Sneak experience, shoot it with your bow to increase Archery, bash it with your shield to increase Block, let it hit you to increase your Block or Light or Heavy Armor skills. Cast a ward and a flesh spell to increase your Restoration and Alteration skills, and even cast a bound weapon to increase your Conjuration.
The only thing it doesn't really do is increase your Illusion skill because it's not affected by basic Illusion spells like Fear, fury and Calm. I hope to find a way to fix that for a later version.
