The intent of this mod is to improve the spells Candlelight and Magelight.  The changes are as follows:

• The light color of both spells have been changed to a natural daylight white.
• The particle glow intensity has been reduced by 65% and changed to the same color as the light being emitted.
• The light radius has been increased by 122%.
• The Candlelight has been positioned slightly back and higher.
• Using the code from Better Candlelight by win2009 Candlelight has been made togglable.  Casting the spell a second time while Candlelight is still up extinguishes the light without using magicka or creating noise.
  

The .esp file has been flagged as an ESL mod.  ESL mods do not count towards the 255 mod limit.
