permissions: anyone can port, change, whatever my mods so long as they credit me, and the mod(s) are not involved in anything

Quaint Shelter is a cozy mage-themed home just outside Winterhold. Anyone can live there, of course. It's very simple compared to most of my mods, it 'has even less' than some of them.

inside:
-fully navmeshed for followers
-extra key on the left shelf just inside the door
-many various containers for safe storage, some named
-enchanting, alchemy, cooking, and tanning rack
-a couple weapon plaques and stands, a couple dagger displays(they're 'invisible'-there's one spot on the wall above Enchanting, and one on the low table near the fireplace) and one shield plaque(on the fireplace, slightly above and to the right of weapon plaque)
-double bed for you and spouse (need a follower mod of some kind/AFT or MHiYH or something)
-various ingredients and items, some respawning and some not for le immersion
-Two bookshelves, for around-ish... forty books?
-a journal on the chair near the fireplace
-several shrines
-a fair amount of idles for followers
-window lights 'reflect' the weather/lighting outside/get darker at night; indoor lighting will also greatly vary depending on what sort of lighting mod you have
~there are several items that are static and you won't be able to take on the enchanting/research desk, do not be alarmed it is purposeful XD ~

outside:
-key is beside the small chest near the door (see images)
-the chest is safe storage
-woodcutting block
-great views
-a few idles for followers on/around the steps

**there are no hearthfire planters or beds for kids, no smelter, no staff enchanter, no spider-making machine, no mannequin, no stable, no sharpening wheel, anvil, or workbench.
