About this mod
The regular High Poly NPC patch for Vigilant works for the unvoiced version, but if you try to use it with the English Voiced version, you end up having to either make a compatibility patch for the two mods or pick between them. This patch is such a compatibility patch.

Simply replace the High Poly NPCs esp for Vigilant with this one, and the English voices will work again.
