Couldn't you just look up her refid and type it on the console? I know it says XX002B74 on the wiki, but your dawnguard is most definitely loaded after Skyrim.esm and Update.esm. Which just makes that 02002b74.
Ah, so you don't know that prid ... moveto playeris not working as expected from a batch file? The first execute only selects object, but not moving it. You need the second execute. Maybe commands from bat file execute too fast because of game engine? We could test this if we had a "sleep" console command, but we don't.
I'm well aware that the script needs to be run twice. It's still much quicker than looking up Serana's reference ID every single time you need to prid her. Nice try though.
Though I do guess I should make that more clear in the description.
