Based on Mirrah Greatsword/Hollowslayer Greatsword from Dark Souls series
"...Neighboring the forests of Ered Calendor, the land of Echad Haelvain is the place that houses an honorable order of knights, trained to sustain the dangerous location of their homeland, situated between several agressive kingdoms ruled by tyrant leaders, the Knights of Latiel do their best to defend their people.
One day, an strange and mysterious curse sprawled across all the land of Echad Haelvain, contaminating all the land and most of the kingdoms around it aswell, the dead awakened, hungry for flesh, a curse so dreadful that in no time lead to the destruction of all the kingdom and also most of the other one's surrounding it.
During those battles and resistance, the knights used the blessings of Arkay to enchant their metal, the greatswords wielded by them would become very effective against the undead, tearing their skins and flesh like butter, but the vast number of the undead army far surpased any skill or craft the knights had in their disposal.
Completely wiped out, the last ones of the Knights of Latiel disbanded, some vanished trying to find purpose again, while some went away in search of answers of what this curse was and how it began.
But hardly most of those survived their journeys, and most likely, the mystery of the undead will remain undiscovered forever..."
This weapon features a upgrading style similar to Dark Souls, see materials below:
Note: This weapon can't be tempered, all upgrading is made on Anvils and Blacksmith Forges.
Upgrade to +1 consumes: 1 Draugrslayer Greatsword, 3 Silver Ingots and 1 Petty Soul Gem(Filled)
Upgrade to +2 consumes: 1 Draugrslayer Greatsword +1, 5 Silver Ingots and 1 Lesser Soul Gem (Filled)
Upgrade to + 3 consumes: 1 Draugrslayer Greatsword +2, 3 Quicksilver Ingots and 1 Common Soul Gem (Filled)
Upgrade to +4 consumes: 1 Draugrslayer Greatsword +3, 5 Quicksilver Ingots and 1 Greater Soul Gem (Filled)
Upgrade to +5 consumes: 1 Draugrslayer Greatsword +4, 1 Centurion Dynamo Core and 1 Grand Soul Gem (Filled)
The weapon becomes enchantable at +5
The weapon does extra damage to undead enemies
At +0 does 10% extra damage
At +3 does 20% extra damage
At +5 does 30% extra damage

For those who have played Dark Souls, when you reach the location you will spot the item at first glance.

The Greatsword is the light floating by the body, interact with it to recieve the weapon.
Copy the contents of the archive to your Skyrim\Data folder. Overwrite the files if asked to.
Then active the .esp in Skyrim's Launcher.

Use a installer of your choice :)
