Yeah for awhile i had this on the xbox one as part of the mod bundle of yours when playing this Falion is still rude so it doesn't change nothing about him.

I totally forgot I had Fallion is rude installed and I accidentally became a full vampire (for the first time, somehow) with my lawful good character, it really added to the experience! Thank you! Roggvir's amulet being unique is also great btw, thanks for that too!
Love mods like this! One little oversight, though: for the Falion module, two of the lines you modified didn't have the "getisID: Falion = 0" condition attached, which I assume you didn't intend, since you were only looking to modify Falion's dialogue. Without that condition, any NPC with that dialogue would be affected.

Also, I never knew how much I hated sitting through that bloody marriage dialogue until you most kindly gave me the option to skip it
