About this mod
Removes quest requirements from vanilla homes and makes Blood on the Ice - not the Civil War - the requirement to purchase Hjerim and become Thane of Eastmarch.

Additionally, you can purchase Hjerim - and begin the quest to become Thane of Eastmarch - after completing Blood on the Ice, rather than the end stages of Skyrim's Civil War.
The player homes still cost money, of course, but now you can purchase them a lot closer to the start of the game. This mod was created in xEdit at my girlfriend's request.
No Player Home Requirements forwards USSEP changes where appropriate; load it after USSEP if you have it. This mod is not necessarily incompatible with Homes for Everyone, Hjerim After Blood On The Ice, Neutral Hjerim, or similar mods, but their functionality is already included, making them obsolete.
Stretch goals for this mod include removing or replacing any Jarl dialogue indicating that they've decided to give you permission to purchase property after completing the former requisite quests - version 1.1 removes this dialogue from Jarls who have been installed via the Civil War (but it can be toggled back on by changing the global SMOL_EnableGrantYouPermissionDialogue to 1), but I have yet to find a reliable way to remove any other instances of this dialogue.
