Cyr'rei is the first follower I've ever made, and the first mod I've ever made for Skyrim. Originally I had been using a vanilla voicetype for him, but I absolutely loved the voices in the Custom Voice Resource so I wanted to try making custom dialogue using it.
The most helpful guide I've found for making custom voiced followers has been this one.
I might update him in the future for any fixes he might need. If you encounter any issues, please let me know!
He's just a basic follower, cannot be married, is set as protected, and you can find him near the center of Riften.
