Do you enjoy playing as a humble farmer, peaceful hunter or savvy merchant?
Ever been bothered by the endless hoops you need to jump through just to buy a home?
Bet your last septum that Ysolde didn't have to kill a dragon for her little cottage, or that Bersi didn't get the Pawned Prawn by turning the tide of a civil war. So why is it that, when your little homeless wanderer has finally managed to scrape together enough gold for his own bit of land, he needs to slay a keep's worth of bandits and run errands for lazy villagers who just walk around in circles all day? Well, enough is enough.

With Homes for Everyone, your gold is just as good everyone elses. This little mod makes it so that you don't need to kill giants, solve murders or befriend every person in Skyrim just to buy your own home. As long as you have a relationship at neutral or above with the Jarl and his housecarl, you'll have the opportunity to purchase a house at any time. With the Hearthfire file, this will expand your options to Homesteads too.

Just install the .esp files in your load order after the main skyrim.esm and hearthfire.esm and you should be good to go. This mod shouldn't conflict with any others, unless they specifically alter the house purchase quests. These mods don't increase or decrease the original purchasing price, all houses and homesteads still cost the same amount.
